It is encouraged to have a fair level of experience

A: Permit are the main target species and
bonefish are frequently caught.
Many other species are possible.

No.

We always have back-up equipment.

How long is the flight?
A:
2 hours from Miami.

Yes

Do I need travel vaccinations?
A:
They are not required for entry into Honduras but
you should consult your doctor before traveling
to a tropical country like Honduras.

Is there options other than fishing with the spouse
or otherwise?
A:

Can I exchange US Dollars in Roatan?
A:
Yes, you can convert them to the local currency,
Lempiras, the national currency of Honduras.
Q:
Do we need to rent a car?
A:
No. We provide ground transportation to and
from the Roatan airport, and taxis are available
for trips into town.

Do I need travel insurance?
A:
Yes.
Q:
What is the weather like in Honduras?
A:
Honduras is a tropical paradise, complete with a
scorching sun and high temperatures. Daily temps
are 85-95 F. Rain showers are likely during our
angling season. Raingear is needed (see Equipment
page)

Is there access to the Internet?
A:
Yes.

Can we keep trophy fish?
A:
We encourage catch-and-release angling to preserve
the quality of the fishery.
